HHB is delighted to announce that Professor Mariacristina Rossi accepted to join the HHB Project Fellows. Professor Rossi is Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Turin, and a Research Affiliate of CeRP, Collegio Carlo Alberto and Netspar fellow. She previously worked as a consultant for ILO, UNICEF, UCW (Undertanding Children's Work) and the World Bank.
Her research interests cover the household decisions on consumption/saving over the life cycle, precautionary saving, portfolio decision and poverty analysis. She is also author, with G. Vecchi and L. Latino the chapter on Vulnerability in G. Vecchi (Ed.), For Richer and for Poorer: Well-being in Italy from Unification to the Present Day (1861-2011), OUP, forthcoming.
