HHB is glad to welcome Dr. Mattia Viale as a new HHB Researcher.

Mattia has just completed a joint PhD program in Economics and Management (University of Verona) and in History (University of Antwerp, Belgium), with a research project on “Consumer behaviour and material living standards in a transition economy: Venice (ca. 1650-1800)”.

Dr. Viale also holds a MA in Historical Sciences from the University of Padua.
